Montenegro Backs University AI Labs and Shared Research Computing in Podgorica

The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation and institutions such as the University of Montenegro, the University of Donja Gorica and Mediterranean University are looking for partners to fund AI laboratories, digital campuses and shared computing capacity.

HPC acts as the broker between these institutions and technology vendors, education investors and development funders. We structure and negotiate the partnership, and earn a success fee of 3% on a transaction value of about $5 million.
