Montenegro Strengthens Agricultural Processing and Industrial Supply Chains

Montenegro is pursuing opportunities to improve agricultural services, forestry management and industrial logistics. During the past week, a World Bank-backed agricultural services centre worth approximately €1.6 million opened in Berane, while initiatives involving forestry restructuring and food-sector infrastructure highlighted the need for stronger supply chains.

Industrial operators, wholesalers and agricultural distributors require stronger supply-chain visibility, demand forecasting and inventory management. HPC advises companies on digital twins, logistics simulation and operational-data integration for a fixed cost of $620,000.
