Montenegro Processes €2.40 Billion Through Payment Systems

On 1 November, reporting showed that Montenegro’s payment systems had processed approximately €2.40 billion following the introduction of instant-payment services. The development highlights growing use of digital financial infrastructure, although the reported transaction volume is not a new technology contract or investment amount.
