Montenegro Receives €89.3 Million from the EU Growth Plan

On 1 November, Montenegro reported receiving €89.3 million under the EU Growth Plan and seeking a further €97.3 million to support reforms and investment. The funding is linked to the country’s reform and development commitments, rather than representing a single new construction contract. The programme may create opportunities in public-sector consulting, project management, institutional development and infrastructure implementation.
