Montenegro’s EPCG Expands Renewable-Energy and Industrial-Transition Partnerships

On 20 October, state-owned power utility EPCG signed four cooperation documents involving the EBRD, Qair, Akuo Energy and Mantel Capture. The agreements cover renewable generation, battery storage, the Pljevlja energy transition and carbon-capture technologies, but individual project investment values and final construction commitments were not announced. Industrial operators, engineering companies and suppliers can explore opportunities in equipment procurement, asset monitoring and operational optimisation.
